    1.  Issue a full or partial refund, or
    2. Replace the item at no additional cost
The decision to refund or replace is at the discretion of the seller. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.

10. Engraving Quality & Photo Submission Clause 

The final engraving result is directly influenced by the quality, resolution, and clarity of the photo submitted by the customer. Customers are responsible for providing high‑quality, high‑resolution images, preferably close‑up head portraits with clear facial features. Any photo that is blurry, dark, pixelated, filtered, or low‑resolution may result in reduced engraving clarity.

As each engraving is custom-made and based on the unique photo submitted, every finished product will vary. These natural variations are part of the personalised nature of the item and cannot be compared to any other images.

These variations are inherent to personalised engraving and do not constitute a defect.

Products that do not meet a customer’s personal expectations due to the quality of the submitted photo, or due to natural variations in personalised engraving, are not eligible for refunds, returns, or replacements.

2. Custom Artwork Submissions
By submitting custom engraving requests, you confirm that:
You own the rights to any images or text provided.
Your content does not infringe on third-party rights or violate any laws.
We reserve the right to reject any submission that is offensive, illegal, or inappropriate.

3. Product Disclaimer
All engraved items in our shop are individually personalised and made to order. We genuinely welcome all customer feedback and are committed to delivering high‑quality craftsmanship. However, because each piece is custom‑made based on the details provided by the customer, personal dissatisfaction after the engraving has been completed does not qualify as a product defect and is not eligible for refunds, returns, or remakes. If an item arrives damaged or contains an engraving error that differs from the information you submitted, we will gladly remake or replace it. We encourage customers to review all details carefully before placing an order, and we’re always here to help with any questions beforehand. Minor variations in appearance sometimes may occur. Minor variation are normal and not consider defects thus refunds or remakes will not be considered.
 

4. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
Indirect or consequential damages
Losses arising from misuse of our products or website.  We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Irish law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
