1. What kind of products do you offer?
We specialize in personalized art pieces crafted with care and precision, including:

Each item is custom-made based on your photo or design, making it a truly unique keepsake or gift.
2. How do I place an order and upload my photo?
Ordering is simple:
1. Browse our shop page and select the item you'd like to customize.
2. Add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout.
3. During checkout, you'll see an option to upload your photo — this is where you submit the image you'd like us to engrave or craft.
4. Complete your payment and submit your order.
Once we accept your order and begin processing, it cannot be refunded due to the personalized nature of our products.
3. Can I cancel my order?
Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of placing the order. After 4 hours, your order cannot be cancelled.
Please double-check your photo and details before submitting your order. If you need to cancel within the 4 hours , contact us immediately via email or our 'Contact Us' page.
4. How long does it take to make my item?
Because each piece is custom-crafted, we require approximately 5 to 7 business days to prepare and engrave your item before shipping.
All delivery estimates are approximate. In times of increased demand or high sales volume, processing and delivery times may be extended. We will make every effort to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.
5. Do you ship internationally? How much is the shipping cost?
Yes, we offer door-to-door FREE international shipping to most countries except Israel. All orders are shipped via standard shipping unless you request expedited courier service for urgent orders. Additional charge may apply.
6. How long does shipping take?
* Ireland (local): 2–3 business days
* European countries: 7–8 business days
* Other international destinations: Delivery times vary by location and customs processing
If you need your item urgently, please contact us before placing your order to arrange express courier delivery. All shipping periods are estimated time only. We take no responsibility for any postage delay once the order has been dispatched.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. All transactions are securely processed.
8. What is your return and refund policy?
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged.
* If your item is damaged upon arrival, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving it.
* Please include clear photos of the damage and packaging.
* We will assess the situation and decide whether to:
- Issue a full or partial refund, or
- Replace the item at no additional cost
The decision to refund or replace is at the discretion of the seller. Claims made after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible.
9. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping details. We cannot guarantee changes once the item has shipped, and we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.
10. How should I care for my engraved item?
* Wood portraits: Keep away from moisture and direct sunlight.
* Glass and crystal engravings: Clean gently with a soft cloth; avoid abrasive cleaners.
* Keychains: Handle with care to prevent scratches or fading.
11. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your item ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
12. Can I request a gift box or personalized message?
Absolutely! You can request a gift box and include a custom message during checkout. Perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or memorial gifts. Additional charges may apply.
